You need to register for Midwest Bearfest 2008 before you can make a hotel reservation.  DO NOT CONTACT THE HOTEL FOR A RESERVATION UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE CODEWORD BY US IN YOUR REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION EMAIL.  If you have not received a confirmation email with the hotel codeword within 24 hours of registering (or within 10 days of mailing), or you have lost your codeword, please contact us at registration@midwestbearfest.com.

This Indianapolis hotel offers free shuttle service to/from the Indianapolis International Airport, which is only seven miles away. (Check with hotel for availability.)
