We highly encourage everyone to register early to avoid the higher fees.  On December 1st, the rate goes up to $95.00.

I understand that the run price is NON-REFUNDABLE, this registration is NON-TRANSFERABLE and Midwest Bearfest, Inc is not responsible for cancellation or postponement due to bad weather or other events beyond their control. Midwest Bearfest, Inc reserves the right to modify the schedule of events.
