RUN BOOK SUBMISSIONS

Every year we supply each Midwest Bearfest registrant with a run book detailing all the activities during Midwest Bearfest.  If you are a club or a business and you want to advertise in our run book this year, here are the details!

Bear Events

If you are a bear event, we would like to swap ads with you.  Contact us at runbook@midwestbearfest.com or just email us your ad directly (we need it by December 1st).

How to get our Run Book Ad

For your convenience you can download our current run book here: Midwest Bearfest 2010 Run Book Ad Download. (right-click on this link and choose "Save Target As" to save this file to your local hard drive.)

Registered Vendors

We are again asking for interested vendors to please donate something for prizes, etc for the weekend. We will in exchange give you a free runbook Ad. We would need the Ad by December 1st.

Other Interested Parties

Anyone else interested in advertising in the runbook should contact mike@midwestbearfest.com for information.

Run Book Ad size and format

Your ad will fill a space 5" horizontally by 8" vertically.  The run book is run through a b/w copier so your ad should be in grayscale or black and white.  We recommend that your artwork to be designed with sufficient contrasts between the grays and blacks.  For explanation, artwork that is overly dark has a good chance of producing a very dark and displeasing result.  We prefer all submissions to be in jpg format, although we will accept other formats such as gif, tiff, Microsoft Publisher, Microsoft Word (cringe), or even PDF.  Email your file to runbook@midwestbearfest.com before December 1st.
