11/10/2009 update: We have reached our limit with
Vendors and we are unable to accept any more Vendor registrations.
Each
vendor will have space for two tables (you can use your own tables, or the
hotel will provide them.) Power outlets should be available in every area.
Extra tables may be available for an extra charge.
VENDING TIMES: (Vendor setup begins noon Friday)
Friday 3-730pm. Friday night cocktail party 6-7pm will help increase your sales.
Saturday 1030am-530pm. ( vendor area closes at 530pm for dinner.)
Vending area has to be to taken down after 9pm.
We are again asking for interested vendors to donate some items for the weekend
charity auction, in exchange for a free runbook ad. (Ad art required by December
1st.) See the Run Book Advertising page for more information on artwork.
Go to the REGISTRATION page, and register each person in your party individually
under VENDOR REGISTRATION. The vendor registration fee is $66.00 per person and
allows access to all the weekend's activities and food.
The Vendor fee does not increase thru the year but we close registration for
vendors once we reach our space limit, so please register and get your hotel
rooms early!
