  • Where is Westfield Indiana?
Yes, this year the host hotel is in Westfield Indiana. This is just a suburb 22 miles north of Indianapolis.
  • Is there parking there?
Yes there is. Parking is free at the host hotel.
  • When does online registration open?
Online registration opens on Sunday July 31st at 9am Eastern Time.
  • If I fly into the Indianapolis Int'l Airport, how do I get to the hotel?
You'll have to use an UBER or taxi service.
  • How do I get a room at the host hotel?
When you register for the event, you will get a confirmation email giving you a link to register for rooms at the hotel in Westfield. Use that link. If you try to register without using the link, the web sites will tell you no rooms are available on the dates of the event.
  • Is the an age requirement for this event?
Yes, you have to be 21 years old on the first day of the event to participate.
  • I don't have a PayPal account! How do I pay?
You don't have to have a PayPal account. The three pictures to the right show how you can use PayPal, without having an actual PayPal account. You can do what is called a "PayPal Guest Checkout," but it takes a few clicks to get there. 1. When you get to the PayPal screen (first picture on the right), look for the "Add debit or credit card". You may have to click the down arrow "See More". 2. The next screen asks you to "Log in to add a debit or credit card" but, again, you don't have to do that. Click where it says "Pay with Debit or Credit Card." 3. From there it takes you to the third picture "PayPal Guest Checkout". You can enter in a credit card there, without having a Paypal account.
