Each vendor will have space for one or two tables (you can use your own tables, or the hotel will provide them.) Power outlets should be available in every area. Extra tables may be available for an extra charge. If you just need one table please let us know.
TENTATIVE VENDING TIMES: (Vendor setup begins noon Thursday)**SET UP Noon to 2pm** Thursday 2pm-6pmFriday 11am-700pm. Saturday 11am-400pm. ( vendor area closes at 4pm-5pm for dinner.) Vending area reopens 5pm-7pm. ** Sunday 11am-2pm Last Chance Vending. Please use this time to pack up but you can keep selling as you do so.
Anyone that wishes to provide us fliers, coupons or anything to promote in our run bag. Go to the REGISTRATION page, and register each person in your party individually with a VENDOR REGISTRATION ticket. The vendor registration fee is $119.00 per person and allows access to all the weekend's activities and food.
